1 teaspoon salt & black pepper
•
2/3 cup hoisin sauce
•
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
•
2 tablespoons Gochujang (Korean chili sauce)

2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder
•
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

Serve over fine Udon noodles (Asian pasta) or jasmine rice.
