1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup all purpose flour ((100g))
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup ice water ((160 ml))
1 tablespoon vegetable oil ((or canola oil, plus more for frying))
2/3 cup canned pineapple chunks ((optional))
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 cup red onion ((cut into 1-inch chunks))
1/4 cup red bell pepper ((cut into 1-inch chunks))
1/4 cup green bell pepper ((cut into 1-inch chunks))
2 tablespoons cornstarch ((mixed with 2 tablespoons water))
