In a large bowl, mix the cornstarch, white pepper, and egg whites. Add the chicken and toss until well coated1 1/2 tb Oil

1/2 Cup Ketchup

1/4 Cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
•
1 Clove Garlic, minced fine

1/2 Small can Mandarin Oranges, smashed (with juice)

2 Tb Corn Starch

1/4 Cup Cold Water.
