"Sweet and Sour Chicken....Since my husband and I love Chinese food, I have often tried to duplicate some dishes at home. Sweet and sour chicken or orange chicken is always a favorite So when we crave it, I make this BIG batch that I freeze in batches.The chicken pieces crisps up very nicely in the toaster oven. I often make my own sauce adding orpange peel. But, when I don't have the time I just use a store bought duck sauce. ...like I did in this recipe. "I looooooove this meal!!! The batter makes the chicken taste like golden chicken nuggets. My husband and I kept eating as he fried them. We will make this meal once a month since we try to stay away from fried foods. To top it off the duck sauce completed the meal with white rice. Amazing!" - zaro1..."
