1 cup whole sour cream (I used Daisy Sour Cream)

2 cups granulated sugar
•
1 cup salted butter, softened just to room temperature
•
4 large eggs, room temperature
•
1 teaspoon almond extract
•
1 cup salted butter, slightly softened
•
4 cups powdered sugar
•
1/4 tsp salt
•
1 tsp almond extract
•
5 TB milk
•
Optional: food coloring and/or sprinkles
