Ingredients: 6 cups cornbread crumbs (see post for Southern Buttermilk Cornbread); 3 cups bread crumbs (I use biscuits or store-bought stuffing); 3 egg (beaten); 2 cups finely chopped celery; 2 cups finely chopped onion; 1 can cream of chicken soup; 1 can cream of celery soup; 2 can chicken broth (ten ounces); 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning; 1 teaspoon thyme; 1 teaspoon pepper
