4 cup frozen hash-brown potatoes
1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 green onions, chopped (about 1/4 cup)

8 eggs beaten
1 cup Pace Picante sauce
4 ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
