1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp maca powder
2 tsp raw goji berries
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tsp coconut nectar or date paste
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew or almond milk
1 dash cinnamon
