1 Egg white
1/2 tsp. water
Granulated sugar

How to Make Sugared Grapes


  • 1Wash small clusters of seedless green grapes, dry well. Beat 1 egg white with 1/2 teaspoon water in a small bowl. Dip grapes into egg mixture, then roll in granulated sugar on waxed paper to coat well. Let stand on paper toweling to dry.
