Ingredients
- 1 C. raisins
- 1/2 C. water
- 1/4 C. margarine
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 C. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, (slightly beaten)
- 3/4 C. unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tbs. sugar substitute
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
How To Make sugar free raisin bars

Step 1In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the first 5 ingredients until margarine is melted; continue cooking for 3 minutes.

Step 2Add all remaining ingredients and mix completely.

Step 3Spread into an 8-inch-square baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 25–30 minutes or until lightly browned.
