Sub in a Tub

INGREDIENTS
2 cups mixed greens
1 cup deli meat (diced ham or turkey)
1/2 cup grape tomatoes (sliced)
1/2 cup mini cucumbers (chopped)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (provolone, mozzarella, or cheddar)
1/2 cup black olives (sliced)
1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced or diced)
herbs (parsley or basil)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar (balsamic, red wine, or apple cider vinegar work well)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
1 clove garlic (minced)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp dried dill weed
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
