INGREDIENTS
1 package of jumbo pasta shells (you'll need at least 24 jumbo shells)
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (12 oz.) tomato paste
2 cups hot water
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 container (16 oz) small curd cottage cheese
1 package (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, divided use
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 egg
dried parsley (optional)
