2 cups ricotta cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese (finely grated)

½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1½ cups mozzarella cheese (finely shredded )
chopped parsley or basil (for optional garnish)
