- 1/2 lb. med. fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 C. tomato, diced
- 2 Tbs. celery, chopped
- 2 Tbs. cucumber, chopped
- 1 Tbs. radish, chopped
- 1 Tbs. green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbs. onion, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. instant garlic powder
- 2 Tbs. bottled low-calorie garlic salad dressing

Step 1Rinse mushrooms, pat dry, and remove stems. Set aside. Mix all remaining ingredients thoroughly, then spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Chill until ready to serve.
