1Prepare lightly greased grill for cooking. In medium bowl, combine ground chicken and seasonings. Divide mixture into 8 portions; form into 8 thin burgers. Mound 2 Tbsp. cheese on each of 4 burgers and top with a second burger. Pinch edges shut to seal cheese inside meat. Place at center of grill. Grill, uncovered, 5 to 6 inches over medium-high heat 5 minutes. Turn burgers and top with remaining cheese. Continue grilling 10 minutes longer or until burgers are cooked through and spring back when touched. Serve on hamburger buns with condiments.
