Ingredients: 1 Yellow Cake Mix ((plus ingredients on back)); 1 small box instant strawberry JELL-O (Raspberry or cherry work too!); 1 cup hot water; 1 cup cold water; 1 8 oz. block cream cheese (softened); 1 tsp. vanilla extract; 1/2 cup powdered sugar; 2 cups whipped cream; 2 pints strawberries (sliced)
