1 cup coconut oil or coconut manna (up to an additional 1/2 cup may be needed)

1/2 cup honey (or agave, for vegan version)

1 tsp. ground ginger or grated fresh ginger

4 cups of a combination of strawberries and rhubarb (or strawberries and peaches)
