Strawberry Delight
"Strawberry Delight is one of my favorite desserts. This is the first dessert I make every year at the begining of summer. This recipe starts with a buttery pecan shortbread cookie crust that is baked and then topped with a creamy filling made with philadelphia cream cheese and dream whip. Finish it off with Strawberry pie filling and your done. This dish looks like you spent tons of time on it but really it takes no time to throw together...."
INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup unsalted, butter

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

3/4 cup pecans, chopped
•
8 ounces philadelphia cream cheese, softened
•
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
•
1 packet dream whip, prepared
•
2 cans strawberry pie filling (21 oz each)
