Ingredients: 4 eggs; 2 C milk; 1 1/3 C flour; 1/4 tsp. salt; 2 Tbsp. sugar; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil; Filling Ingredients:; 2 C strawberries chopped (I used strawberry pie filling because the strawberries at the store were nasty.); 1/2 C sugar; 8 oz. cream cheese; 1/2 C powdered sugar; 1/2 tsp. vanilla
