Ingredients: 1 cup All-purpose flour; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/4 cup Freeze dried strawberries (measured then ground to fine crumb); 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (room temperature); 1 TBSP Brown sugar (packed light or dark); 1/4 cup White granulated sugar; 1 Egg yolk (room temperature); 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract; 4 oz Cream cheese (room temperature); 2 TBSP Unsalted butter (room temperature); 1 1/2 cup Powdered sugar (sifted); 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract; 1 cup Diced strawberries
