INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons butter
•
1 1/2 cups strawberries (after cutting the greens off I left about half of the strawberries whole and half of them I cut into quarters)

1 tablespoon sugar
•
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
•
2 tablespoons hot water
•
4 wedges of The Laughing Cow Creamy White Cheddar cheese (you can also substitute their Light Swiss or Creamy Asiago flavors)
•
4 full graham cracker sheets, broken in half to make 8 squares
