Strawberry Basil Cakes with Key Lime Filling & Fresh Strawberry-Lime Compote
"I love baking this cake in the mini bundt pans. They are so cute & pretty & just add to the festiveness of the dessert. The addition of the strawberry nectar & basil just brings out the freshness in the cake. I have tried other fillings but the key lime just says, "hello sunshine!" Top with the sweetened strawberries & a dollop of whipped cream & you have a VERY happy family..."
