Ingredients: 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature; 4 Tbls unsalted butter, room temperature; 1 Tbls lemon juice; 2 tsp vanilla; 2 eggs, room temperature; 1/2 cup milk; 2 c cake flour (AP will also do); 2/3 c sugar; 1 1/2 tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1/4 tsp salt; 1 1/2 c chopped strawberries; raw sugar for topping (optional)
