1 pound extra firm tofu (cubed)
½ onion (sliced)
2 carrots (sliced)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 cup snow peas (sliced lengthwise)
1 can baby corn (drained)
8 ounces spiralized zucchini (zoodles)
fresh cilantro leaves
