Sticky Sesame Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS
2 heads cauliflower, cut into florets (about 12 cups total)
1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup almond flour (see Note for substitutions )
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
2/3 cup gluten free tamari (or low sodium soy sauce if not gluten free)
1/2 cup agave or pure maple syrup
1/2 cup rice vinegar
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1-2 teaspoons sriracha hot sauce, to taste
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
sesame seeds
chopped green onions
white or brown rice, or other whole grain
