170g Broccoli florets

3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Chilli sauce (optional)
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Water

2 Eggs, whisked
80g Birds Eye Peas
800g Steamed rice
2 tsp Reduced salt soy sauce
