1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon fresh chopped lime
For the tempura:
2 slices round pineapple, quartered
1 egg
1 cup sifted all purpose flour
1 cup very cold water
2 cups vegetable oil
For garnish:
3 tablespoons fresh chopped mint
