INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour, plus more for dusting
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup flat beer (it doesn't have to be super light-we used a cherry wheat)
1 pound fresh cheese curds, at room temp
1 quart vegetable oil
