INGREDIENTS

Brownie layer

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour*
•
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
•
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
•
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
•
7 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped in small pieces
•
1 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
•
3 large eggs
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
Cream cheese layer
•
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, soft at room temperature
•
1/2 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
•
2 large eggs
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
•
1 cup raspberry or strawberry jam
•
1 pint blueberries
•
*Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
