INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter (melted)
3/4 cups light brown sugar
1 egg (room temperature)
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk ((just eyeball it)*)
