For the Topping:
½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cake flour
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup corn syrup
2 Tablespoons whole milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 egg
½ cup powdered sugar
