INGREDIENTS

2 cups cooked summer squash, mashed

2 cups cornbread, crumbled
•
1 stick butter or margarine
•
1 can cream of chicken soup
•
1 medium onion, chopped
•
1 tbsp. chopped green bell pepper (optional)
•
salt, pepper and sage to taste
•
approx 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey white meat (optional – this makes it a meal in itself!)
