  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 1/2 c. butterut squash, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 2 c. raw or coconut milk (whatever your choice is)
  • 1/4 c. raw butter
  • 1/4 c. arrowroot powder or a bit less of coconut flour
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
