INGREDIENTS
8 large eggs (or you can substitute with 4 large eggs and 6 large egg whites)
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
7 ounces diced cooked ham (I used a package of lean uncured deli ham)
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (can substitute with Gruyere or Cheddar)
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
1/2 cup sliced asparagus
1/2 cup frozen peas
