Ingredients: 1 cup sugar, 1 doz. small eggs,; 1/2 cup potato starch, 1/2 cup matzo cake meal ,; 1 lemon rind, Juice from 1 lemon (or 2 tsp. lemon juice),; 1/2 cup orange juice.
