1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 small onions, peeled and cut into large pieces
2 carrots, peeled and cut into large pieces
2 stalks celery, cut into large pieces
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary leaves
1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen® Organic or Meridian Ruby™ diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup dry red wine
1 carton (32 oz) chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
