3-4 Tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup lower-sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

32 oz. ricotta cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese (- divided)
