INGREDIENTS
1 (6-ounce) package Horizon Classic Mac™
butter and milk to prepare macaroni and cheese (I used 1/4 cup whole milk and 2 tablespoons unsalted butter)
2 firmly-packed cups fresh baby spinach, chopped finely
1 and 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I used Horizon Organic Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese)
1 egg, beaten
1 (32 ounce) package of Simple Truth Organic Tomato Bisque
1 (14.5 ounce) can Simple Truth Organic Diced Tomatoes, Drained
Garnish with fresh basil
