1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1 tablespoon parsley

1 9 ounce package chopped spinach, thawed

2 cups Mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup reserved for topping
•
1 26 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
