Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups light sour cream; 3/4 cups light mayonnaise; 1 1/2 tsps onion powder; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1 1/2 tsps salt; 1/2 tsp black pepper; 2 tsps worcestershire sauce; 3 scallions (diced small); 8 oz water chestnuts (drained and diced small); 16 oz frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed of all the moisture)
