3 tubes refrigerated French bread dough
6 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped artichoke hearts
1 c. frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
2 garlic cloves, minced
2/3 c. shredded mozzarella
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
kosher salt
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
