2 cups dry pasta (Yammie used gemelli, but you can use macaroni)

1/2 cup chopped artichokes
•
1/2 cup chopped and packed fresh spinach
•
1/2 cup chopped onion
•
3 large cloves of garlic
•
8 oz. cream cheese, softened.
•
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
•
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus 1 additional cup for the top)
•
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
•
1 teaspoon garlic salt
•
1/4 teaspoon pepper
•
2 tablespoons cornstarch
•
1 cup half and half (heavy cream or regular milk would also work)
