1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, (shredded)

1/4 cup sour cream or plain greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise
•
2 cloves garlic, (minced)
•
dash pepper
•
dash salt
•
11-13 egg roll wrappers (--I used 12)
•
2-3 cups vegetable oil (-about 2 inches deep in pot)
•
2 TBS grated parmesan cheese
•
1 TBS parsley (chopped)
•
