INGREDIENTS
8 oz fresh baby spinach
1 13 oz can of artichoke hearts
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 of a small white onion (finely diced)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
6-7 plain bagels (cut in half)
