1 cup chopped fresh spinach leaves
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 (1/2-inch) cubes
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups Progresso® Italian style panko crispy bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
Vegetable oil for frying
