1 (4.5 ounces each) cans Portofino Solid Albacore Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, drained
1 and ½ tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce
½ teaspoon rice vinegar
1 scallion, green parts only, finely sliced
toasted black sesame seeds, for sprinkling (optional)
3 sheets of toasted nori, cut crosswise in half
