Ingredients: 1/2 lb Hot Breakfast Sausage (I used Jimmy Dean); 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature; 2 Boxes of Athens Miniature Fillo Tart Shells (15 per box); 2 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated; 1 oz Smoked Cheddar Cheese, grated; 1/2 tbs Dried Parsley Flakes, for garnish if desired
