2 spring onions (cut and separate the white and green parts)

2 fresh chilli pepper (cut into pieces)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili flakes
3 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1/1 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 cup chopped coriander
