3 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce, or to taste
