For the glaze:
•
1/4 cup chicken stock
•
1/2 tsp mustard powder
•
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
•
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
•
2 tsp brown sugar
•
1 tbsp ketchup
•
1 tbsp soy sauce
•
1/2 tsp red chili flakes, or to taste
•
4 garlic cloves, minced
•
about 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, basil leaves, and green onions to finish
•
